Report on Co-Teaching Sessions of PEC-5: BCE7515 - Business Intelligence
Co-teaching sessions were conducted focusing on hands-on training using the Power BI tool. The sessions covered BI case studies, data visualization, report generation, data modeling, and DAX queries. Live demonstrations enabled students to gain practical exposure to dashboards, charts, scorecards, and reports. The sessions enhanced students' confidence and ability to apply Power BI to real-world problem statements.
Report on Co-Teaching Sessions - Machine Translation and Applications in NLP
Co-teaching sessions were conducted in online mode focusing on machine translation systems, interlingua-based MT, BERT, and large language models. The expert provided insights into NLP concepts and demonstrated conversational AI frameworks such as Rasa and Dialogflow. A practical-oriented session on hashing and skip lists was conducted for 330 Second Year students. The expert explained implementation techniques and real-world applications of these data structures. Emphasis was given to performance, efficiency, and industry use cases. The session enhanced students' understanding of advanced data organization methods.
